Last blog and Goodbye....
OK I know that i will get too emotional if I spend too long writing this last blog. I am sorry I couldn't explain it earlier, but I needed to take the blog down while I thought about how best to say goodbye. Some of you have become my friends and will hopefully remain my friends. I am not going anywhere, I always had this totally weird superstition that if I stopped the blog that Mr Big would die or something, but he's fine and in good health and happy, as am I. There just comes a time to end everything, "you have to know when to leave the fair" as someone very wise once told us.
And that time is now. It doesn't really matter why. I do feel as though I am repeating myself and don't have much new to say excapt that love and friends are the most important thing and to value them and cherish them with all your heart and soul. Nature abhors a vacumn so I know that the space left by writing this will be filled with other things.All my friends, you have supported and loved me through some amazing years and times and ups and downs, and whenever I have reached out to you have always been there for me. I got this wonderful poem written by my friend Yvonne Lewis and it summed up what I would like to say way better than I ever could.....on behalf of Mr Big, who is the most wonderful dog in the world, I say adios too and hope that you had as much fun with this as I did.

Thank you for the wonderful pleasure you have given countless people over the time you have been writing. When I was living in Spain and you were still in London it was like a part of home reading about going to Richmond Park. Thank you for printing my poem I felt honoured.I had to cancel the first comment I made because of my bad spelling.
